MARKETINGGROWTH MARKETING & DATA SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers across various channels.

Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

CRM Optimization: Optimize our CRM system to enhance lead management, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing efforts.

Lead Funnel Optimization: Streamline and optimize the lead funnel to increase conversion rates and maximize ROI.

Growth Hacking: Implement creative growth hacking techniques to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Automation Tools: Identify and implement automation tools and technologies to streamline marketing processes, improve efficiency, and scale campaigns.

 SEO / SEA Developing and implementing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Or..proven experience in developing and executing lead generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and experience with CRM optimization.
  • Familiarity with lead funnel optimization techniques and best practices.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking principles and experience implementing growth hacking strategies.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
